We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $45. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipment. Once processed, packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Processing time is separate from transit time and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Browse Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Return policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@browsecosmetics.com and we’ll make it right. Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
